If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Autonoma Bot is a Slack integration that provides notifications of test results from the Autonoma QA platform. The Service connects to your Slack workspace to deliver real-time updates and information related to automated tests.
To use the Service, you must have a valid Autonoma account and authorize the integration with your Slack workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When you use our Service, we collect information necessary to provide the Service, including but not limited to Slack workspace information, channel names, and test result data.
We use collected data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Autonoma Bot from your Slack workspace.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Delaware, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
