AUTONOMA AI - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autonoma Bot application for Slack ("Service"), provided by Autonoma ("Company," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Autonoma Bot is a Slack integration that provides notifications of test results from the Autonoma QA platform. The Service connects to your Slack workspace to deliver real-time updates and information related to automated tests.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To use the Service, you must have a valid Autonoma account and authorize the integration with your Slack workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

5.1 Data Collection

When you use our Service, we collect information necessary to provide the Service, including but not limited to Slack workspace information, channel names, and test result data.

We use collected data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Autonoma Bot from your Slack workspace.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Delaware, United States.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
